I can help you feel safe, I can soften your muscles and encourage you to open your heart so you allow sensations, emotions and connection bring forward the deeper you, the aspect of yourself that you neglected and forgot that even exist.

More than 20 years of yoga and tantra practice have not only kept me young and healthy, but also gave me a solid foundation for self-development — a continuous invitation to cultivate detachment, love, trust, and inner freedom.

I love myself and I love my life. But it hasn’t always been this way.

Like many others, I went through confusion and misunderstandings about my role and place in this vast world. For half of my life, I looked outside of myself for validation. What was allowed, accepted, correct? And in the process, I ignored my own perceptions, feelings, and dreams — because nobody ever told me that the answers I sought, and the truth itself, reside within me.

How many of you recognize this pattern? How many still carry unspoken questions, or believe they are not worth asking? How many still silence the deepest desires of their hearts?

I am here to remind you: everything you wish and dream of is possible. You only need to dare to ask — and then to reach for it. Most people don’t achieve what they desire not because it is impossible, but because of passivity, endless waiting, and doubt. What a pity.

We have been taught to believe that others know better than us: how we should live, what we should study, whom we should love. Through years of yoga and tantra, I have rebuilt my connection with myself, with my inner world of thoughts and feelings. I have learned to cut away what was not mine — false family and social beliefs, religious and cultural conditioning, the lies we have been told for centuries through the media. The process can be frightening: suddenly you feel you no longer belong to a family that wants to control your future, or a society that seeks to dictate your destiny.

In 2017, I opened the first tantric massage space in Madeira, a sanctuary dedicated to yoga, tantra and inner healing.

I crossed seas and several countries to arrive exactly where I needed to be. For many years I lived in the business world, but in all that time I felt a steady, unmistakable call to follow a conscious path — a path where peace and clarity rise above competition and noise.

Life brought me many ups and downs, and I never complained. I believe every moment is a choice: we can look toward the light, or we can lose ourselves in endless problems. Every day, I choose to look up, to stay inspired, and to be grateful for who I am and who I continue to become.

I feel rich because life has given me countless opportunities to grow as a man and to shape my character. I am confident, clear and direct. I do my homework, I stay informed, and I strive to understand the world around me. I know my truth — and I keep learning to see it from all angles until it becomes simply Truth.

I am, above all, a humble student in the University of Life. I make mistakes, and when I do, I apologise. I am easily touched by purity and innocence — in children, animals, and all forms of life. Being alive is a miracle. Working with people is another. Listening to their stories, their wounds, their dreams… all of this expands my soul and reminds me why I am here.
