Yoga is a traditional system of practices originating from India. Yoga means union or fusion and it refers to the union of the different structures of the human being: the physical, the energetic, the emotional, the mental and the spiritual level.
There are weekly classes that are designed to introduce you gradually into this system, offering you the necessary information and exercises that will help you achieve this state of union.
Each class lasts 2 hours and consists in 90 min practice of different exercises and 30 min theory about energy, vibration, the importance of attention in the yoga practice, relaxation and secrets of the mind.
